Do you have a call out charge?

No we only charge for the time that we’re actually at your property working.

Do I have to wait in all day for an appointment?

No. If we can’t provide a fixed time appointment when you book, we can take a mobile number so you can get on with your day. We’ll then call you however long before you need to get home to let us in, meaning we’ll minimise the disruption on your day.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. Whether it’s a leaking tap or a new bathroom installation, we’re happy to provide a free, no obligation estimate.

Do you do small jobs?

Yes we do anything from small repairs like dripping taps to installations of bathrooms and heating systems.

What sort of response time do you offer?

Because we are local, we aim to be with every customer the same day, especially if you need us urgently. However for less urgent calls and estimates we always aim to be out within two days.
